Most Reiki programmes hand you theory, a certificate, and then leave you alone. You finish unsure whether you can actually practice. Inner Healer Activation is built the other way around: first your own healing, then clear technique, then real practice with guidance — until confidence is not a hope but a skill you have used.
Ridhika does not start with symbols and hand positions. Month one works on the stress, heaviness and self-doubt that block people from receiving attunements fully. She learned Reiki this way — after health, relationships, money and confidence collapsed together — not from a classroom that never lived the material.
Eighteen years as a mathematics teacher show up in how she structures Reiki: step by step, plain language, nothing moved past until it is understood. Beginners are not expected to already know the map.
“One healer in every home” is not a slogan. It comes from needing a healer in her own house and finding none. Every student is trained to become that person for their family — and, if they choose, for clients later.

Certifications for the systems you trained in, lifetime recordings, crystal kit, community access, and two months of direct guidance after the programme so you are not alone in the first real sessions.
Attend the live sessions, do the practice, and show up fully for four months. If you still cannot run a basic Reiki session with confidence at the end, Ridhika continues personal guidance for two more months at no extra cost until that confidence is real.
