By using this website, booking a consult, enrolling in a course, or purchasing products or session packages from Jain Sarthi, you agree to these terms. The practice operates from India. Governing law is the laws of India, subject to the competent courts in India.
Sessions, courses, and materials support emotional and energetic wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care in India.
All paid prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Clarity calls are free and scheduled through the embedded calendar (IST). Paid session packages, courses, and shop items are paid at secure checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallet). After package purchase, scheduling is arranged by email or WhatsApp. Prices are as shown at checkout.
Free consults: cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice via your calendar confirmation when possible. Paid packages: full refund if requested by email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase and before any session has been held. Courses: access is digital; refunds are considered case-by-case within 48 hours if modules have not been substantially used. Shop: shipping within India only; contact us before return shipping; unused items in original condition may be accepted within 14 days at our discretion (buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty). GST, if applicable, is disclosed at checkout or on the invoice.
You may pause or stop a session at any time. Harassment or unsafe behavior may end a session without refund of time already held.
To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Jain Sarthi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in INR.
